Walk-Up Service is almost every Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 8987 Windsor Road in Windsor, CA USA 95492. Check the front page for Holiday closures. Special Needs Service is from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM - park in the adjoining TOW lot, beep your horn for car service. New Client? You must fill out the New Client Application in order to receive food. Filling out this application before your visit will save up to 30 minutes. You must provide a California ID or a US passport. If you use a passport, or if your ID does not show a Sonoma County address, please bring a utility bill with your Sonoma County address on it. Once you are in our client database all you need is the ID you signed up with at all future visits for help.

Most weeks we distribute 30+ lbs of quality groceries per household.

When
Walk-Up Service is most Friday’s from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. NO early line-ups are allowed. Please remain in your car until 12:55.
Special Needs Service is from 4:00 - 4:30.
Bring a personal shopping cart and bags to get your items home or to your car. To ensure everyone receives their share, including valuable items like dairy or meat, we distribute equitably throughout the day.


How
Line-Up begins at 12:55, if you arrive early please stay in your vehicle.
Park in the TOW lot next door or in the SMART Train lot across the street. Grab your cart and your bags and follow the signs to the food distribution area, where you will show your ID and pick up food at the designated tables. First-timer? Just fill out a quick application and show a CA ID or US Passport with a local utility bill and you are in.
Special Needs Served at 4PM
If you have special needs and are unable to line up and carry your food, our Volunteers got you! Come by between 4:00 - 4:30. Park in the TOW lot off Windsor River Rd., beep your horn - Volunteers will log you in and bring the food directly to your car. Rest assured, special needs clients receive the same assortment of food as those who do walk-up service.
